so i started playing a couple days ago and i like the game already level 26 and i was pretty much "you know i got some spare cash on hand ill get the mission pass." I get it and redeem the belga set I get the bidy legs arms but i can't get the head. Checked equipment checked fashion and nothing. If someone could help me out at all with this? Am i missing something or did i get screwed?

The Head is a Ticket, so you should find it in your Inventory tab that holds Monomates, though maybe check all your tabs and your storage since things have been going to the wrong section, like to Furniture. Once you use the Ticket, it will be a Face type when you go to the Salon, assuming you are a male CAST.
