Forgot 2nd password

Same situation here, worst is I am 90% sure it's one of two variants of a password as I wrote it down. yet both are invalid. sub'd a ticket early yesterday, only received "ticket will be reviewed" email so far.

I forgot my 2nd Password, also. Where do you find the ticket, to hand into Sega, for a Reset on that?

Go over to the main hub, click on support, contact us and open ticket.

I've sent 2 reset requests and it's been over a week. This is beyond ridiculous.
