DISCLAIMER; This is regarding an issue that only someone in the pso2 team can solve. I appreciate anyone willing to help, but my issue requires a “higher power” to fix.
I submitted a ticket and haven’t had contact from anyone at the support team since 4/7.
Is there a mod or gm that can get me an alternative contact method or point me in the right direction to somebody regarding my issue? Can’t seem to get a response via email.
Also tried tweeting @play_pso2
If anyone else has things to suggest as far as contacting the support team, whether it’s social media, or whatever, that would be great.
