What is this order exactly?

As the client order details says, we need to clear time attack quest "Running Maneuvers: Naverius I" on difficulty hard or higher. The time attack quest will become playable once you've cleared "Floating Continent Exploration" or you've unlocked the very hard difficulty. Either works.

That being said, I feel "Circuit: Naverius Beginner Dash H" is a horrible translation of the quest name

Probably, Naverius Beginner Dash was the early draft translation of the time attack quest and they forgot to rename it, I guess.

Thank you so much. Yes. I just finished the area to open that time attack quest. I think client orders should only become available once you have opened the area that the order is for. I was looking everywhere lol
