That's....odd. Can you submit a ticket using the support menu on this website? Go to Support, contact us, and contact us now. At that point you should be in the general neighborhood to submit a ticket. This way we'll have documentation on the issue. Thank you!

If it works like it did in the JP version which I see no reason why it shouldn't. It won't show anything until after 7 days. The name is rather misleading in that it won't be showing your personal log but the log for everyone on the ship. So you can see what has dropped and at what rates are for the entire ships combined runs of that quest. So until next Tuesday or Wednesday it won't display any info.
