I can only use the Xbox controller on one of my characters but not all of them cause they only gave me one. How do I get a second one?

you need 2 tickets of every accessory or layering wears in order to unlock for the entire account so if you don't have 2 tickets then you gonna need to buy another ticket from a player.

I dunno if you can get a second one, which is a pretty bad oversight since they are untradable.
