this is why you should learn affixing

@Charus

NGS Outfit, Body, Make Up & Hairs are expensive in PSO2 JP.

From 70m to 250m.

@Teasa At least last time I played some of the N-outfits were more affordable than that, in the 1m~30m range, but make up, hairstyles and lobby actions are absurdly expensive, yeah.

PSO2 is also a game that will still exist, it's not like once NGS comes out it will cease to exist.

But unfortunately not how that logically works for most of the playerbase looking at content in PSO2 already. Advance quests still exist, Ridroids still exist, x and y content almost no one does still "exists" but mentally does not because it doesn't provide progression.

Oh I'm aware, but my main point here is that since meseta doesn't transfer to NGS, the meseta itself will be for whatever PSO2 stuff you want it to be for, whether that's kitting out more classes, helps in your goals to get all titles, minmaxing your current class, buying all the fashion/emotes, etc.

So hoarding said meseta could be useful -- it all depends on what your goals are. PSO2's content updates might have ended, but people still play the previous Phantasy Star games with their own goals there despite no more updates (though saying this, PSO2 has an issue where you have nothing, or you have everything, there is no "endless grind" despite people constantly complaining about grind).

Well then.... UH Cradle just came out on JP and it's here to destroy the market.

Non-stop rainbow drops, looking at up towards 100+ auto pick-up if you have 13*+ weapon and 12*+ units auto-pick up turned on.

So far I've seen Glare Catalyst, Factor Catalyst, Soul Catalyst, Photoner Glare, Ether Soul direct affix drops. While the affix for the units are mostly on 13* so you can't sell them, but the weapons are definitely sellable. I had no space to pick up and check on lower rarity items.

@HarmlessSyan UH Cradle just came out on EN as well (thought the first scheduled ones will be saturday), and also the UH mothership urgent tomorrow (which is only releasing on JP next week).

This is nothing new, it's basically the same thing for final lament and TBH it pretty much has to be in order to be relevant. There is essentially no gear diversity in PSO2 and so almost anything not named "Klauz" is useless by default unless: A : it vomits cubes, B : there is a decent chance of a good SSA drop, C : there is a decent chance to get weapon camos or D : it drops a lot of good augments. Now the drop rates for B and C are usually non existent and D is generally nothing you can hook people with so it's up to A to add replay value to a quest.

@Ryoga oh, it's vomiting divide/buster/cobalt/prize medals too - at least can get some SG outta the buster medals

We did Drawn to Darkness on server up just to see what it dropped, and seems like in terms of practical items it's basically just the same, but it can drop some different camos and stuff.

oh noes! Sega is providing drops from a new UQ to help players max out their gear and two weeks of affix boosting. The horror!

this new uq that drops catalysts and boost week bring about new possibilities to make mesetas ;D

it has been a good week so far
