We've done that and PSO2 support was told MS handed out the suspensions so they have to deal with it. Miscommunication everywhere it seems.
Thankfully GM Dengar let the support team know but its up to them to fix the issue.
Looks like Supster131 has it right. Even though they screwed up, we are going to pay the price for their mistake.

Beginning to regret ever bothering to play the NA version and should of just stayed on the JP version. If this is the level of support then I don't see this version being successful in the long run. Hoping they do the right thing asap.
