Can't Contact Support

Hi, I am having trouble contacting your support via your support link. When I try, I go into a vicious loop on just logging into my account with no end. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://pso2.com/support#contact-us
  2. Click on "Contact Us Now" button
  3. User is lead to page, https://pso2.com/signin?return_url=https://support.pso2.com
  4. Click on Steam to log into Steam account
  5. See my steam account. > Click "Sign in" button to log into with steam account.
  6. VOLUNTARY EMAIL REGISTRATION modal appears
  7. Fill in email address > Fill in Reenter email address > check box "I confirm that I am over 16 years of age." > Click on "Opt" in button
  8. Results: User is taken back to https://pso2.com/SignIn page asking for the the user to sign in. See step 3.

How do I actually contact support? Would appreciate any help.

Unfortunately, despite it being an issue people have been reporting for months, the support page only seems to reliably load if you are using a Microsoft account to log in, with using a Steam or Epic account being a crapshoot.

If you have tried clearing cookies and using different browsers, then you could try logging in using a MS account, even if it isn't linked to your Steam account, and submit a ticket, and specifying the platform as Steam on the support form, along with having your PlayerID in the details.

If you want to make extra sure that there are no issues with them verifying you, you could download the MS store version to link it to your Steam account first (you just need to have the MS store version installed for you to input the link code from the Steam version, then you can uninstall it).

Thank you so much! I did try using different browsers with no luck. I'll try clearing my cookies in my main browser and if that doesn't work see about logging in via an MS account.
