Not receiving purchased sg/ac.

I purchased 40 or so dollars worth of sg 3 days ago without receiving any of it in game, and a day after I purchased 20 dollars worth of ac and I'm having the same problem, this is not my first time purchasing ac/sg.

P.S. a few people I know also seem to be having this problem.

I just dropped 30 bucks on this crap and no AC theres no way to contact customer support at all

send them an email at support@pso2.zendesk.com, this happened to me a week ago, but while they were investigating I got impatient and requested a refund so I don't know a fix, you might need to go to the support tab and sign up for their contact us email list thingy first though. best of luck
