so tue quest giver has the pop up icon stating it wants me to do an advanced quest.

however, contrary to videos ive watched, no advanced quest option exisits when i open the quest interface.

any direction for me? im currently 29 hunter 26 bouncer 26 fighter 26 braver

Advanced Quests don't become available until you get one class to level 40.

aha wonder why is captioning me to do it?

I am assuming that it is the ARKS Missions asking for it, correct? Main ARKS Missions will give you objectives in a set order even if you can't currently complete said objective.
