So, does anyone know where this supposed Vulcan S egg drops? I think the previous patch notes it said it can now drop but I have not seen it.

I don't think Vulcan S is possible to get in the global server, he was added last year in Japan during the Christmas event also none of the recent patch notes says anything about him
