You did not hallucinate. You have until the 16th to do so, and you will receive them in your Visiphone for completing the LQ a certain number of times (3 for the Arms, 6 for the Legs, and 9 for the Back).

If you are going for the full Riv unit set, I recommend run the limited quest on it's lowest difficulty for fast runs, and you also get 3 gunblade camos along with the units
