I noticed in the Titles that you can get 2 Lumincrystal Granias if you get 3 million Divide Quest Points. Do you have to get all 3 million within a single week like the text implies or can you still get the Title if it's spread across multiple weeks?

That one does requires that you get all 3 million within the week, before the weekly reset.
