I purchased 1500 AC on PC, its been hours and I haven't recieved it. I can't contact customer support as the link signs me out and takes me to the main page. How am I supposed to remedy this?

If this is your first time purchasing AC, then there is a ~24 hour delay before it is credited to your account.

If it isn't your first time purchasing:

• If you purchased for the MS Store version, trying logging in to your XBox/MS account when going to the support site as Steam accounts seem to have a hit or miss trying to reach it.
• If you purchased via Steam, try contacting Steam Support for a refund before 48 hours have passed if your AC hasn't been added to your account.

Yep, this still happens to me too.

For whatever reason the support site only functions via the microsoft login option.
