Im just starting with PSO2, quite literally ^^ and i was hoping to find people to play through the main story with

Sadly most of story mode is solo quests, since you are on ship 4, use the green doors and move to block 1, that is the most populated block so you will find more people and while at it, feel free to apply to the alliance Abyss.

Sadly the majority of the story missions are solo only as said above, visiting block 1 for help running other activities such as expeditions or urgent quests is an option.
